Dear Alison and Gordon I just want to express my appreciation for all that you have done. We have never met but the service you provided was nothing short of excellence. I had encountered quite a few problems concerning the death and cremation of S but as soon as you became involved you took over in the most sensitive, efficient and respectful way, taking an enormous amount of stress from my shoulders. You were always there on the end of the phone to give help and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. You kept me informed of everything that was being done.
